I realized one day and asked why and she said she can't make turns. Then I asked her to show me - it was like she said the board can't go straight, so I told her to let her mechanically savvy dad fix it. My husband doesn't work in Calgary, so we kept forgetting when he was back until one day I finally thought about it and showed to my husband. He checked it and found one of the wheels is a defective one, so we brought to the store and they said it passed the return period. It rides smooth and had good grip on the top so his shoes don&rsquo;t slide. It is winter here now sonthey haven't used it outside much when they did it worked great for them. Its nicely made for a beginner skater. They have used it inside alot as well. From skating on it to pushing it back and forth with each other. The wheels turn nicely amd it seems very sturdy and reliable.
