It's such a fun idea. In the box you get a good amount of balloons and things to fill them with. The main machine is lovely bright colours and seems well made. The instructions seem pretty straight forward and make it sound easy. Opening up and filling the balloon was actually quite straight forward then it all went down hill. Inflating the balloon based on the instructions just did not work. Every time the balloon got to a certain size the rim would come away from the little plastic bit and shoot glitter everywhere. I tried a number of times but it kept happening. Eventually I blew the balloon up with my mouth. I also found that the balloons inflated off centre so ended up quite peculiar shapes. I found it quite tricky to begin with, it was supposed to be something they could do themselves but they needed quite a lot of assistance. The first try didn't go well and ended up with the balloon bursting and a lot of mess to clean up. The next few were a lot better. I hate balloons. And not just a small amount of hate, it&rsquo;s a lot. I&rsquo;ve been terrified of them for years and then one day, Stuffaloons came along and my 4 year old Would not take no for an answer. Now, as a person who isn&rsquo;t that into balloon animals (unlike a certain 4 year old I could mention), it would be quite the understatement to say I wasn&rsquo;t looking forward to the impending crafting session... well, how wrong was I? Some of the balloons are hilarious looking (I won&rsquo;t spoil the surprise) and we laughed for hours trying to get everything set up... and then there was the glitter... I&rsquo;m still picking bits up from around the kitchen after one of the balloons decided to explode with approx. 1500 bits of glitter inside it&rsquo;s gut. Basically if you like a tidy house this may not be the gift for you.
