We got it out of the box, added some batteries and when they went to &ldquo;launch&rdquo; for the first time, the arm got caught in the spring meant to launch the arm. When we finally got the arm out, the spring was bent and wouldn&rsquo;t launch. It ended up coming out of the arm with no way to fix it. I hope to get my child&rsquo;s money back.
