The spring in the launcher arm broke on the inside and we were never able to fix it right. Waste of money. We got it out of the box, added some batteries and when they went to &ldquo;launch&rdquo; for the first time, the arm got caught in the spring meant to launch the arm. When we finally got the arm out, the spring was bent and wouldn&rsquo;t launch. It ended up coming out of the arm with no way to fix it. I hope to get my child&rsquo;s money back.
