She picked up a few eggs inside, then the claw stopped closing. Upon closer inspection, the chain broke off the middle part of the claw. You have to make sure the batteries are in properly to get it working. It&rsquo;s really finicky. Unfortunately, it broke within 3 hours. A table top replica of the claw machines found in stores and arcades. This machine has 2 on settings, one with music and lights or lights only. Each turn starts with a tap of the play button and the countdown begins. There are 2 directional joystick controls: forward/back -left/right and an up/down-release. There is a play/start push down button that starts each turn for a timed opportunity to catch and release an item from the claw machine. The joysticks aren&rsquo;t operational unless the device is on and the play/start button pressed, as a round is played near timer shutoff the lights only mode or lights and sound mode will turn rapid, increasing the sense of urgency. If sound is active the tune will either chime a shut off tune or a congratulatory tune indicating a successful prize release, when lights only mode there&rsquo;s no sound but the lights flicker rapidly to notify the win or simply shut down- locking controls. There is no endless play mode so it makes taking turns easy and encourages everyone to try to be the first or next to collect a prize! This Poopsie Claw Machine requires 3 AA batteries and comes with 4 different glittery colored eggs, 2 contain 1 Cutie Tootie (little unicorn friend) and the other 2 contain 2 slime mixture packets that require a little added water to make.
