My son actually really enjoyed playing with it. Plus the rabbit is just so darn cute. I highly recommend this toy to anyone. Each piece does something fun without requiring batteries. There are lots of little accessories for make believe. The fact that there is a toilet cracks her up and our bunny has spent a lot of time going potty and then washing her hands. At one point the door came off the fridge and it was very easy to put back on (I love toys that give but don't break). She played with the set for a good long time and had a whole make-believe world going on. There are a lot of little accessories so you'll need a bag to keep them in and if you have pets or babies around you'll want to be careful. I wanted to add to her collection and this is perfect. It even comes with a figure, 3&quot; Hopscotch Rabbit Mother Heidi who is poseable and dressed in removeable clothing. It comes with so many pieces including a flushable toilet, sink with running water and refrigerator with ice dispenser. You can use this playset with any other Calico Critter toys in the series. It kept my daughter busy for hours, without electricity!
