<span itemprop="description">I had purchased this around the holidays, when I got home the trap door on my carno would not open, I tried to pry the trap door open but hurt my fingers doing it and it seemed to be a defect in the mechanism that would not open properly and was stuck. luckily a customer service rep was able to make it right, I was so happy with that Mattel rep, she was really nice and went above and beyond to help me out.</span>

<span itemprop="description">My son absolutely loves this carnotaurus. He loves that he can feed it tiny dinos, however one of the biggest appeals to these toys for him is the scanner. He was so disappointed that he could not scan his carnotaurus, and at 4 years old, doesn't understand that the Carno on the app is not the one he has. We wish it had a scanner.</span>
