Customer service. Ever!!!</span> <span itemprop="description">The product was amazing. The customer service from Toys r us was horrific! They changed the checkout process so that it auto fills or auto &ldquo;corrects&rdquo; your address if it isn&rsquo;t recognized. I noticed my address was &ldquo;corrected&rdquo; and contacted them right away. No one was helpful at toys r us. It took 3 days and speaking with several different people (none of whom cared) before they told me I was out of luck-I would have to figure out where it ended up and go and beg the person to please give me my package (yeah, right!). I contacted the shipping company and they were amazing, re-routing the package mid-transport, relabeling it, and got it to me the next day. If the shipping company hadn&rsquo;t been so great, I wouldn&rsquo;t have the scooter and I&rsquo;d be out over $100.00!!! And Toys r us didn&rsquo;t care! The customer service (from SEVERAL different people) was so bad that I will NEVER. SHOP. HERE.
