We didn&rsquo;t really look at the box and just bought it as it took my son forever to pick something in the store. However, we thought and my son that it did more and we thought it was a little more interactive. All it does is make sounds when you touch the keyboard as if your typing. We wanted it to do a little more like phonics or numbers. The laptop is adorable! It&rsquo;s small and thin, but still sturdy enough to survive some typical kid drops. The laptop flips open and has a power button, just like a real laptop. It helps a young child feel like they have something just like mom or dad. Once you power the laptop on, it&rsquo;s very interactive. Pressing different keys results in different sounds. The screen doesn&rsquo;t change, but has cute icons on it like the battery indicator, email, time, shopping and weather. You cannot click the icons on the screen but it makes it look more realistic. Both of my kids loved playing with this, along with our young nieces and nephews. The buttons are a nice feature to hold a childs interest. But I feel like it could be more interactive. For the screen it has a cheaply made cardboard cutout of Ariel my daughter had it ripped in minutes. I wish it had a display. The laptop has a cardboard display but kids these days are so evolved that they need more than that . The music and light is good and it&rsquo;s a sturdy pretend and play laptop. Great for a kid who is practice typing on a laptop. I wish this had more features to satisfy the kids who always need more.
