Remove them all and fill the tube with warm water, then insert the doll and swirl her around. The water turns pastel blue, and when the doll is pulled out, her features are revealed! Each doll has a different combination of eye color, molded hair, skin tone and decorated swimsuit, but the surprises continue...open the bags to discover a cover-up, pair of shoes, accessory and towel ready for fun in the sun! The doll is a good quality and withstands hours of play. I was slightly disappointed on how easy it is to identify the doll once it is removed from the baggie. This doll came with cute little accessories and is a perfect addition to Chelsea dolls already in my daughter's collection. She really enjoyed the suspense and the big reveal. It is a nice added bonus that the hair changes color when placed in cold water.</span>
