Unfortunately, the excitement didn&rsquo;t last long. The toy is very fragile and broke after just one use. Despite a fairly soft landing, something snapped and it stopped working. He wasn&rsquo;t able to enjoy flying it again after that. Once we tried flying it we had a lot of trouble. The Spiderman works just fine in my hand, but once we let it go we lost all control of it within 3 feet. We tried different batteries and charging even longer but still had trouble. When I held it in my hand, the helicopter worked right next to the controller, but when I moved it 3 feet away, it would stop completely. Once it flew in the sky, it started to fly straight up and you couldn't control it. If you were able to turn it, it would start spinning nonstop. You can't control this thing at all except a few feet away. This thing spins extremely fast and is even more unwieldy to play with. The charge time and duration is fine but the durability is not so great. It does say on the box that it&rsquo;s an indoor toy but without knowing how far it was going to go, we decided to take it outside. We were so excited to receive this toy and try it out! We purchased 6 AA batteries and spent over an hour waiting for Spider-Man to charge. After hours of trouble shooting and trying everything we could think of, it simply would NOT work. The lights would light up, but the blades would not spin. The sound of Spider-Man&rsquo;s voice suddenly stopped working. And the remote wouldn&rsquo;t connect to the helicopter. Don&rsquo;t waste your money on this toy!!
