This product is packaged well comes with extra blades for if you break them or the wear out. My reasoning for the lack of stars is it goes up for 5 seconds then falls down. It now has broken legs and my son is duo bummed out that it didn&rsquo;t work. Other than that it is a pretty fun toy that my kids enjoyed learning how to play with. It crashed many times until the ceiling and ground so it definitely is pretty durable. Unfortunately, the excitement didn&rsquo;t last long. The toy is very fragile and broke after just one use. Despite a fairly soft landing, something snapped and it stopped working. He wasn&rsquo;t able to enjoy flying it again after that. Once we tried flying it we had a lot of trouble. The Spiderman works just fine in my hand, but once we let it go we lost all control of it within 3 feet. We tried different batteries and charging even longer but still had trouble. When I held it in my hand, the helicopter worked right next to the controller, but when I moved it 3 feet away, it would stop completely. Once it flew in the sky, it started to fly straight up and you couldn't control it. If you were able to turn it, it would start spinning nonstop. You can't control this thing at all except a few feet away.
