We did have to modify 3 boards by shaving off a very small sliver in order to fit (very tight floorboards). I did have to contact customer service and they were very helpful and the missing part was shipped promptly. I plan on adding an additional small board for the picnic table section as it is a bit wide and narrow and I'm concerned that over time it will start to bow. Sometimes we had to take off 1/4 to 1/2&quot; The plans in paper also differed slightly from the plans on the app - mainly in how many places we needed to anchor it down. It appears that we were missing a couple of the ground stakes (the twisting ones) but still, its VERY secure. I would have given this 5 stars just based on how nice this set looks in your backyard and how much fun your kids will have on it but a few things on install could use some mentioning. My husband is a million times handier than most and while using the built app made the install a lot better than following the paper directions he still had a few complaints. If you are wondering it did take about 20 or so hours to fully construct! He highly recommends pre drilling a lot of screw holes, especially when constructing the rock wall because the wood is very very dry, at least ours was, when we received it. A few of our boards arrived already cracked or cracked easily when a screw was inserted and we had to wood glue them back together. If you have access to an impact gun this was an extremely useful tool on install and will definitely shorten the length of time required. Other people suggested sorting all the pieces and hardware which we did and it made life a lot easier also. The step by step built app was pretty amazing so make sure your phone is fully charged too!! Last but not least the tube slide....ugh. Definitely the most difficult piece to construct. The worst part was their wasn&rsquo;t enough room to get a screw gun in the right sport to screw the screws to the bolts. It would have been much better if these were Allen heads instead of screws. But when all is said and done, much like child birth, once it is fully constructed you forget about all your hard labors and get to enjoy your kids playing on a beautiful set!! I can honestly say that the online pictures were a true representation of this product, actually even think it looked better in person. The assembly is time consuming, but for the most part the instructions were detailed and relatively easy to follow. It took 2 somewhat experienced handymen 2 full days to assemble the playset, and another 4 hours or so to assemble the tube slide. I would highly recommend taking the time in the beginning to sort the wood and hardware. Took us about 2-3 hours to do this, but was well worth the upfront effort. My kids love their new playset, as do many of the neighborhood children. This playset was half the price if not less than other similar items at other retailers. This playset has everything the tube slide, wavy slide, and look out tower. Our kids will go out and have fun on this for hours. Sturdy design and really good directions for assembly. With myself and two others we had this up in 11 hours. My suggestion have one person do the individual builds like the rock climbing wall, ladder, slides, swing bar, etc. while the other two people work on the main tower. Then once you get to the other portions all you have to do is connect. We had a great experience with Backyard Discovery, the playset was delivered on time and all the pieces were accounted for. I wouldn&rsquo;t suggest going anywhere else. Our neighbor said it sounded like we were playing bingo calling out part numbers. The kids are loving playing on it. The wave slide is super fast for the little ones (under 3) and does get too hot in the sun. The tube slide almost did us in because it was the last thing to assemble and we were tired!!! But everything came together really well. Had lots of stuff left over (screws, nuts, washers) but that is a good thing because we lost a few pieces overnight. If you are good at following directions then you should be able to assemble without a problem. My daughter has bought one similar and is planning to use the app. We did not have cell service at the lake.
