You buy it for Nintendo-exclusives, ease-of-use, reliability and family-friendly content. You buy it despite its subpar graphics and limited AAA offer. On the other hand, Toys R Us really screwed up the online experience, hence the 1/5 star rating (because I couldn't put 0). I ordered an OLED Switch, the website said it was in stock, then a week later, I get a message telling me that it can't be delivered. That a major company could make such an amateurish mistake in 2021 and not be able to update stock information in real time or at least, have some buffer in place, is totally beyond me. Ten minutes after getting that email, I turned to my buddy Jeff Bezos and manage to get the same thing three days later... Toys R Us sent an apology email with a 10% discount... not applicable to video games, of course.
