There are multiple &ldquo;surprise&rdquo; bags to open and has neat effects like color change and scents. All of the senses are engaged with this cute fun set. With there being a car, the imagination can take this vehicle anywhere. A large heart is included to store the building blocks as whatever new creation may be made lol. Fun set &amp; great to bring along for travel trips as the set isn&rsquo;t bulky. The MEGA Barbie Color Reveal Convertible Road Trip set was a fun little add-on to some of our existing sets, adding a vehicle, 2 Barbie figures and a picnic set-up to the collection. My daughter loves all things color reveal, but I'm not going to lie, the color reveal on this set was a little frustrating for both kid and mom - and for that reason only we couldn't give 5 stars. Otherwise this is a super fun set that my daughter has loved playing with! We followed all directions but could not get the figures to reveal completely. We tried all sorts of things - wiping with the sponge, soaking in water, shaking in water - and finally resorted to a brush to get them &quot;mostly&quot; clean of the colored coating. This was a mom job, and not something my 5 year old could do. We have a few MEGA Barbie Color Reveal sets they have been really hit or miss, either they reveal super easy or they give us an issue. It was fun her daughter and dad to follow directions and put together the pieces. It did take a while for the color reveal car part to show up. Also, daughter loved the color reveal dolls but I as a mother who cleans the mess was not as impressed with pink paint type stuff all over the white sink. One thing that impressed me is that she managed to build the set all on her own using the booklet, where she often struggles with other building block sets. The pieces are small, which is the only con as they can easily get lost. Since they are color reveal, my daughter feels they are great for all water play, which makes her very happy. It was a lot of fun to see the dolls change, but I wish there was a way for the dolls to go back to their original form, and do the color change more than once. The dolls fit inside the car, and the car rolls nice and smooth. The accessories were a nice touch. The scented hair on the dolls is a nice addition, but it is not overwhelming. The set comes with a nice scene allowing for creative play and using your imagination. It kept them entertained for a while. Of course, their favorite thing about it was the color change of the doll. They absolutely loved that the most and was a wow moment for them. The playset comes with 10 surprises and they love surprises as well. Barbie is going on a road trip in her pink convertible and there's several more accessories included.
