The packaging was appealing and easy to open. You need to read the instructions carefully for the reveal. My son liked putting the set together but when we attempted to do the color reveal some of the color refused to come off. The decals on some of the pieces are only revealed while using the cold water and fade quickly. My son didn&rsquo;t play with it much after we put it together so i don&rsquo;t think he really liked it. The instructions are easy for my 4 year old to build the car and assemble the other items like the umbrella for the picnic with the adorable bunny friend. The set comes with two color reveal mini dolls. The color reveal adds to the excitement and fun of the set. However, our only complaint/suggestion would be the little sponge that is included to help clean off the dolls. It&rsquo;s hard to get all the color off the dolls in the sink with water and the sponge (see pictures). Perfect fun and such cute little &ldquo;surprise&rdquo; pieces! My kid loves these types of sets and had so much fun playing with the little toys. The surprises are adorable and easy to do. They just get submerged in water for a few minutes and cleaned with the included sponge. The smile on the kids faces was the best medicine. They loved watching the reveals as they dipped the characters in water almost as much as they loved putting everything together. It is fairly simple to put together and they felt so proud to be able to do it &ldquo;all by themselves&rdquo;. The toy itself is adorable and I personally love how all the small pieces can be stored in the actual toy. This is definitely one of their go to toys. It encourages pretend play and along with their other favorites keep them busy for nice lengths of time. Barbie and building blocks, who knew!! The figures and a few fun details on items were revealed in the water. My 7 year old built about half of the set before asking for help from her older sister. Both liked how quickly it went together. There's a lot of detail with the picnic items. Only a few downsides we noticed: some pieces are VERY tiny, so easy to lose (they lost a piece putting it together), and because of the shape of the dolls not everything rinsed easily during the reveal. My only complaint is the dolls don't stay in the car very well. My daughter's favorite things are the details. She loves the smiley face on the milk and the color reveal and heart on the umbrella. She LOVES the tiny bunnies. The vehicle moves quickly which is a lot of fun. She struggled to get the color to change, and after finally getting to their &ldquo;color&rdquo; she was over it lol. She loved &ldquo;unboxing&rdquo; the surprises though so that is a plus. She thought the tiny bunnies were the funnest part. Very small pieces so be careful there!
