The Spiderman figurine is in the sitting position and it pretty neat as my son likes to set it next to him on the couch, floor, wherever. The raft however is pretty non-funtional. If you put the figurine on the raft and try to float it, the whole thing topples over. Would not purchase again or recommend.</span>

The only downside was it doesn't float like the box says. We tried several times, and it kept flipping over then sinking.Besides that small defect, we love it!!</span>
