The set has enough characters to keep him engaged and role play with them. He took them with us to watch Buzz Lightyear and got such a kick out of it. The detail to each individual character is outstanding, and looks very well made. Their limbs move very easily and yet they can still stand on their own!! That is very important for my son!! He plays with them for hours and even sleeps with them! They are a little small so definitely have to keep it away form younger kids. Zurg&rsquo;s laser sword fits very well in his hand. It doesn&rsquo;t fall out when playing with it but can be removed very easily. The figures are detailed and flexible, very colorful and easy to play with for my 4 and 7 year olds. They liked the fact to have 3 different Buzz Lightyear versions as this is the hero of the movies. You will need to help your kids unpack the figures as the package is really strong and not very easily to be opened by small kids fingers. Not a big deal though.
