The thanos guys comes out but to get him back in his shell you have to put his back into this very small hole and if you dont get it perfectly in there then it dose not snap. Even if you do get it in there perfected and pushed down right it will snap but the top pops off of it. It will not stay together at all I tried so many times and I had to put it back together so many times that the snaps are getting worn down from me snapping it back on. I'm glad your able to take the guy out cause if you weren't able to my son would not have anything to play with from this toy. Its a very very difficult toy to have fun with. It was a bit of a struggle to Thanos in the mech casing and especially to keep it closed, it kept popping open. I did have to help him with that, but after it snapped closed, it worked fine the times after he did it himself. He plays with it every day. He said it looks cool and it comes with a saw blade that you can make out of two swords and attach to his hand. The mech casing has the infinity gauntlet and he thinks that is cool. It come with the action figure and the mech suit and two attachable weapons. It was pretty easy to put together. The suit opens from the front. Once open you can put the action figure inside the suit and close it. It makes the action figure alot bigger. In theory, this toy has a great concept. You open the Mech Suit and put Thanos in, close the suit and you have your guy all ready for play. The problem is... it was kind of hard to get Thanos into the mech suit properly. There is a hole on the back of Thanos that you line up with a peg in the suit. We got him in there, but the suit kept popping apart at the skull when we tried to close it. Once we figured out how to get him in there the right way for the suit to close, the feet kept popping open, like the little clips were too short to hold due to the pressure of Thanos (maybe he wasn't in the suit the right way to make it easy to close). The package says for ages 4+, and this was a 10 year old kid having difficulties. My son got annoyed and basically said cool concept, poor execution. Hence the 3 stars.
