The fact that it is poseable and you can get its hair to stay how you want it has him laughing and playing for a good hour at a time! He takes it with him in the car, in his backpack to the babysitter and even falls asleep with it at night! I would say my only complaint is getting it to stand up at some points being it has a larger head and is top heavy. Nothing like the trolls we had growing up. Would recommend for younger ages 2/3. Didn&rsquo;t keep my 5 yr olds attention. They were so uninterested, I couldn&rsquo;t even get them to play with it. Six years old, and four years old the younger one said to me. &ldquo;send it back &ldquo;. He loved the vivid colors and of course, the hair! It immediately became the star of the day, with my 5 year old taking it everywhere and naming it. It was a heated debated when it came to bath time and the troll wasn&rsquo;t allowed. Needless to say, it was a very quick bath. That night, the troll had a special place in bed. The size is small but has all the details that are included on Branch in the movie. Cost of toy is perfect especially for my 4 year old.
