Donnie goes every where with my daughter. He is made very well and can hold up to months of being dragged around by a 4 year old. His body is soft except for his hands and head. He has a little silver bow tie and the donkey ears and face hat can be left on or taken off like a jacket with a hood. He also has a donkey tail. My daughter adores it and simply named it Donkey. This doll made her so happy because of her love of donkeys! Cabbage Patch kids never disappoint. They are always quality dolls. The features are remarkable and the attire is cute. The doll's body is soft and cuddle while it's head and hands are made of plastic. Hs clothing is plush however, you cannot remove them which is a good thing. You can, however, partially pull down its hood to show his bald noggin. My 10 mo grandson loves to snuggle with it and sometimes love sucking his chubby cherubic face. The doll's features are well detailed from his chimpmunk cheeks down to his chunky fingers. You don't have to be a collector to enjoy this doll.
