There is just so much to do with it. It comes with its own little batman that can zip around on a zip line, there is an awesome elevator that gives the feel of going down into an actual batcave, and it's got lots of different areas that can be played in separately. I have 4 year old and 10 year old girls and both loved pretending with the set. Since this transforms into a batman figure when folded up, it isn't so cumbersome of an item in our living room and the kids think its fun that it transforms. They also love the sound effects on the elevator. The set seems to be well constructed. I would suggest assembling before giving this as a gift because it is a bit of a process - not hard, just a number of steps. My only suggestion for improvement would be to include at least 1 more character and maybe not include all of the little tiny weaponry which I could see us losing pretty quickly.
