It took me alone about 45 minutes - but I also had a curious little guy asking me a hundred times if it was done yet. The stickers have been peeling off of a few areas. He can not leave it alone. It is very sturdy and easy to put together despite the large amount of small parts provided. We love the fact that it closes into a giant Batman figure. It is a really neat toy. We did notice it only comes with one action figure so make sure to look into more of those. My son was playing and instantly asked me where the joker was.
