Shipping was intact and no damage can be seen on the package. Upon opening the box, we noticed that it's advertised for babies 6+ months. Unfortunately, our child is 3 months so we have not been able to use this toy to it's full extent. She gets amused by the colors and sounds but is not able to use the wobble feature as of yet. I like the sounds and music- classic melodies that babies can easily start by the push of a button. The only thing I would say, is that this is best for a baby who already has a bit of mobility. Mine got frustrated when it wobbled away and they couldn&rsquo;t chase it- so I would say a solid crawler would enjoy this toy best. Another thing I would add is maybe some soft ears or a tail for a kid to grab onto- the nature of this toy is a little bulky and little hands have a harder time holding on! While we only speak English in our household, I think it is a useful tool for multi-lingual families and could also be a way to teach your little one numbers in a different language. This toy is very bright and eye-catching to our infant daughter. She likes the different colored lights and songs, and this toy keeps her engaged in tummy time for a longer duration. My only complaint with this toy is that it seems to crawl along much more easily on hard surfaces (a table, hardwood floor, etc.) then on carpet - which is typically where we do tummy time. I like that it comes in 3 different languages that can be changed by pushing the button to the language, there&rsquo;s English, Spanish, and French. It&rsquo;s great for older kids to learn different languages and for kids around the world who actually speak one of the other languages. You can even set the volume to low, high or turn it completely off. I think it&rsquo;s cool how it lights up, plays sounds, says shapes &amp; colors, &amp; plays music. While it&rsquo;s doing that, it shakes/moves around which would be great for kids to crawl along to and be entertained by. My son is 8 months old almost 9 months and unfortunately he didn&rsquo;t like the toy &amp; got scared by it when it started to shake &amp; move around but I think it&rsquo;s only because he&rsquo;s not use to a toy like that yet. I think eventually he will get use to it and at some point like it. He enjoys playing with it while it&rsquo;s off. This toy makes my little ones tummy time more easy. This toy is very attractive with different sounds and flashing three different lights. It wiggles and wobbles and it roars like a cute tiger cub. This toy is of good enough size to play. It has a huge array of individual words, phrases and melodies it plays as well as 3 very large light-up buttons in blue, green and orange. Suitable from around 5 months of age in my opinion, the ball helps to develop gross movement and pincer finger grip motor skills, plus with the addition of developing interest in languages. There are two volume settings which are designed to be controlled by a grown-up meaning I am able to set a volume that I am happy with, which I love...especially when working from home in the current climate! There are no soft parts on the ball, the entire construction is of firm and wipable, uniform plastic. The little one can't use it as a teether, even though it has a set of protruding hard ears. This is merely an aid to encourage and entice the little one to take the initial plunge (not literally!), into becoming independently mobile. It gives the knowledge of shapes , colors and numbers at there early ages.
