They are small figures that attach to a base plate to enable battling. They are fairly easy for the boys to detach and reattach them. You can collect loads of different figures to build up your best team to give you the best chance of winning the battle.
The only downside is one of the figures we had was significantly weaker than the other, so that one always lost. This wouldn't matter so much if we had a team to play with rather than just one.
Great little toy that kept my kids entertained and is now on their Christmas lists!</span>

It is unusual at 45 to suddenly find something you are innately skilled in and I have found it in fighting with these toys! We’ve since realised that some figures are better fighter than others so you can have an advantage or actually be strategic and know your opponents weaknesses and target those. Great game and now my son wants the other figures for Christmas. He has just turned 11 and I festered he was outgrowing toys but apparently not!</span>

I’d recommend them and we have gone shopping to purchase a few more and I’m hoping Santa will bring some for Xmas.</span>

<span itemprop="description">[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a cool toy. These are collectable as we found out quickly! Getting 1 of only 1000 made world wide! This is amazing! You get a mystery figure, I think there are 42 different ones to collect and you get a battle platform. There aren't really instructions but you can keep track of battle wins on the side of the hand controller. Think the adults had just as much fun when the kids left the room. If you are a collector there are platforms where you can trade figures in the event you get duplicates. All in a a really cool toy!</span>

However, I think my husband was almost their biggest fan! This is a classic toy which is easy to take and play anywhere, it’s fast and easy to understand and there are so many figures to collect, which is great as my son loves to collect things. We found them reasonably priced and we’re on the hunt for more so we can battle the winners!</span>

My 3 year old son really loved battling with his friends and family and loved discovering me got a rarer character! He loved ticking them off of his sheet! We will be buying more for Christmas that’s for sure, as they have been played with everyday!
On one of our products the lever did stick a little bit which caused a few issues! It’s still useable but the player with that character is at a disadvantage!</span>
