I had the ball delivered and the packaging was destroyed when it arrived. The ball itself was much smaller than I anticipated and looks like it may only be the inside part without the bouncy part added. The ball does not bounce well at all and there is a blank slot with no counter or screen for a counter display. The button mentioned in the directions was nonexistent. When it arrived I was first surprised by how small it is. It is a very hard plastic and smaller than a baseball. The setup was easy enough but it is so hard that the boys could definitely do some serious damage in the house. You also have to throw the ball down pretty hard in order for it to bounce back in your hand. The ball is rather hard to bounce, which was a huge disappointment. The ball we received didn't have a counter on it, to tell how many times it was bounced either. The ball is not very light in weight ,so when bounced in the house on the hardwood floor it is has a loud thud ,so we decided that the ball will not be bounced inside the house .The app was easy to synced to my phone . The instructions mention plugging ball in with a cord that is found inside ball but there is no such part. The app did not work on my phone and kept saying email needed to be fixed although it was right, I tried other cellphones in my home with the app and was able to finally get it on one. Ball would not pair with phone and kept saying code wasn't correct. I gave up after trying many times. The directions on the package were hard to understand and I still can&rsquo;t figure out how to sync it to my phone so I have no idea how many bounces we have.
