Grown ups also played along! The game pieces are sturdy and stand up to the active play involved in this game. The chicken chirps and &quot;screams&quot; while you play the hot potato style game. Fortunately, the sound is not too loud and the buzzer screaming sound is not piercing. Even our spectrum and SPD kiddos were not bothered by the noise of the chicken. The game involves lots of action and activity and can get a little wild, so I suggest playing in a nice open space! The game is very quick and easy to play for most. However I will acknowledge a few difficulties some may have...1) it needs aaa batteries.2) Noise.. if you have noise sensitive kids this game may be a hard sell. The chicken does cluck though not too loud and the die is in a plastic case similar to the noise level of Yahtzee. Unfortunately the cluck is part of the game we had a sensory kid that just wanted nothing to do with it. 3) mobility .. For most the active news of this game will be awesome to get kids up and moving. Though if mobility is limited there are lots of activities that require mobility such as; high hops, spinning, hopping on 1 foot, walk on all fours, jumping jacks and scooting on your ***. This game may not be the best choice for those with mobility issues.4) stage fright / introvert .. some of the activities require you to speak about yourself infront of the group playing.5) you need dry erase markers.. they advise you to write on a decorate your nest. They do not specify what markers to use nor do they provide one. I did test dry erase markers on them and they worked very easily.Outside of those considerations the game is great fun and gets kids up and moving well keeping the rounds short and easy to squeeze in. I do appreciate the rule written for adults on one side and kids on the other. This is great for adults who struggle with how to explain things in a more kid friendly way. It's always been a challenge to find games that my 4yr old can play. Even though a game may say &quot;ages 4+&quot; it doesn't necessarily mean the game will be easy enough for them to play on their own without getting extremely frustrated. (Toddler parents know what I mean...) Hurry Up Chicken **** solved that problem!! It even included instructions to read to the children, which took away the fumbling for words that happens while trying to explain things on an appropriate level. The chicken **** card (and pink dot on the dice) are the kids favorite. They yell out Chicken **** and smack the card. We moved the card to the other end of the room so they had to run for it to smack it first. They played this game for over an hour.
