And it will be a few months before this child can use it as a scooter. So, no seamless transition from sitting to standing. She stands on the scooter and we pull her along, which isn’t the best situation but it’s the best we can do.</span>

Purchased a SmarTrike T-1 scooter pink with lights from Toys R Us on April 3rd, 2020. My 24 month old daughter only used the scooter (very light use) a couple of times before the inside pin broke and she fell off the scooter! The seat completely swivels off and does not stay in place now that it is broken. We cannot use it. Very poor quality product. This is very dangerous! What's worse is that it's impossible to reach anyone by phone at Toys R Us customer service, even after being on hold for 45 minutes there is no answer, and due to Covid-19 cannot return to stores in person to show the defective item. Please advise your warranty and what to do with this defected product.</span>
