She treets it like a real pet. She plays with it and gives it treats that came with it, then puts it on paper so it can poop. The poop is fake its only the treat you feed it so you can keep using it. I like its fake poop. She named it Leo. It roars and purrs like a real Leopard whould. He does take 3 AA batteries which is not included. He purrs says yum yum and I am hungry. He will stick his tongue out for you to feed him and they are 5 pieces of food he will eat. Pizza, Taco, chicken leg, hotdog, and a steak. They are included in a sealed pack. After you feed him the slot opens on the bottom you just slide it over and the food comes out. I am keeping the food stored in there not to lose it. He is just the cutest thing just setting not talking. His eyes are very detailed as you can see in the picture. The colors and details on his fur are spot on for a leopard. I am just truly in love with it. I would purchase more of them for presents at Christmas or Birthdays. My kids love that you can feed it and makes noises and it even goes poop in the back to the bathroom. It's one that everyone can enjoy from all ages it's recommended for ages 4 and up but everyone can play with it. It's also a nice alternative to an actual real pet to see if your child is ready to take care of a real pet. She feed her and snuggled her up in a blanket as soon as she took her out of the box. She said she loves her little leopard and went to sleep with it. I wish it was able to swallow the food right after you put it in her mouth, but you have to rub her head in order for her to swallow it. She comes with five treats that she&rsquo;s able to eat and poop right out. There&rsquo;s a slide door on the bottom to release the poop and do it all over again. The fur of the animal is really soft, but could some padding. You can feel all the mechanics under the fur. There's one button you press to activate the toy and it sticks out its tongue and is meant to recreate an animal eating out of your hand. It's not easy to get the magnet to grab the food and you end up sort of throwing it at the tongue when it comes out. The tongue doesn't come out far enough to grab the food. It also moves pretty fast and you end up pressing the button several times to get it to eat all 5 pieces of food. I think the eyes should also light up, that'd be a cool addition.
