The most obvious aspect with this headset, is that it only has one, covered ear piece. I personally enjoy this feature, as I do like to listen to what is going on around me. If you want a submersive experience with your game, I would not recommend this headset. But, I have children and like knowing I can still listen to other sounds that may happen in the house while I play my games. The volume on these are very loud and very clear. My friends said they could clearly hear me on their end from the game as well. The headset only plays mic sounds and not the game sounds, so you'll still have to have your volume up on the television to listen to gameplay. The one complaint I have about these, is that if you accidentally bump or turn the jack connected to your controller, you and other people listening can hear static. This only happens if you move the jack while it is plugged in. This headset comes with two controls as well; a volume control knob and a switch to turn your mic on and off. They are comfortable, easily adjustable, and are not overly tight. I got the opportunity to try out the headset, it was super simple to use and works flawlessly. The colors are gender neutral, it was easy to get to work. The quality is fantastic, I can hear clearly with it. The design is comfortable, I wore it for 2 hours on the first day without any problems. It's really lightweight, and great for people with a larger than average head size like me. I like that the colors are black and green as it matches my game room theme colors nicely. When I use these during game play or even just chatting with friends, I get great sound quality and can hear the game and my friends perfectly. I like that they are not overly loud like most headsets tend to be, as those can be deafening. I really enjoy that the headset can be reversed to be worn over both the right ear as well as the left, that is very handy. I like how these sit over my ear as well, as it is nice and comfy and does not squeeze my ear. These have quickly become my favorite gaming accessory and I use them almost daily.
