He plays with this rattle for hours. He really gets busy and engaged with this. The one has a teether with it which makes us so convenient for us to just put it on him when we go outside. We don&rsquo;t have to get a teethe case or pacifier case. We just put this on his hand and good to go. There's a koala bear and an elephant. Each animal is attached to the velcro wrist band that goes through a green &quot;leaf&quot;. The leaf is a very durable material that baby can chew on. The rattle is a soft soothing rattle, not loud and scary since they are attached to the wrists.
