My little girl just loves any type of doll but from my experience when I was younger, they've done a great job with bringing back Harry Potter and representing it well. Shoes and wand come off and are tiny pieces. I almost wish the shoes were permanently on. Hair will likely be a mess quickly since it is already frizzy. The clothing is on point and very well made, and the shoes and wand can be removed and probably exchanged with other small pieces. The hair is very long and should be easy for kids to comb through! I wasn't certain why they needed to have so many bands holding the figure down to the package, because that made it a little more difficult to remove, and there were a couple ends poking out of the back of the head once removed! The only negative is that the wand that came with her is too big. Or her hand is too small? But she isn't able to hold the wand as the hole on the wand is too big for the dolls hand.
