Andre the Giant was fun to pose in matches with Hulk Hogan. This is my favorite elite figurine. This so much like the real things and was fun to pose and play with held their attention very well. My boys tend to fight, a lot. Being close in age, being two that have always had similar issues, they&rsquo;ve been put in similar environments. They have a love/ hate codependent relationship that can EASILY go from quietly playing to a blood match in seconds. So getting toys that encouraged nothing but this behavior, I had my reservations. I let them pick their wrestlers. Of course, THAT ended up cause hurt emotions. How come HE got all that? How come HIS easily stands? Do you want to trade? NO! 🤦🏽&zwj;♀️ What I&rsquo;ve been seeing is NOT wrestling with the toys. They haven&rsquo;t fought with the toys. They engage each other with the toys. Ask me questions about their wrestler knowing that he was from when I was a kid and watched them wrestle. Or, in the case of Andre, my son is insistent he&rsquo;s a &ldquo;bad guy.&rdquo; Because ALL giants are bad guys, I REALLY need to learn how to yes, and that. But I mean Fezzik was &ldquo;bad&rdquo; by proxy only! I mean, I grew up with the Princess Bride and FAVORED The Princess Bride above ALL OTHERS, the PURE idea of gentle Fezzik being considered bad simple because of his height 😩🤦🏽&zwj;♀️. But it&rsquo;s for a kid and his imagination! He comes with TWO sets of hands! Sure to cause ANY parents upset if you get another wrestler like Hollywood Hulk Hogan, who only has ONE other set and a cape 😂. Doesn&rsquo;t matter that Andre only has a shirt, it&rsquo;s the HANDS! They twist in the thighs and shins. Surely THAT won&rsquo;t have ramifications somewhere 😂. I was SURE to point out to them that they&rsquo;re turning their legs in unnatural places, and how clearly, that&rsquo;s NOT how a leg should turn. Do NOT want them thinking THIS is ok or natural somewhere down the line and using it on me 🤪. I have to say, I was hesitant, but it&rsquo;s been good. Right now I think the wrestlers have entered the world of Minecraft, lol. Has good articulation in many points. 3 different hand poses you can swap out. Cloth removable shirt. Overall, the articulation is good. You can do many poses with him. I would have liked a little more movement in the upper thigh area, as you can't do full sitting type positions or make him stand with one knee down. But has many other great options. Face detail is good, as it looks like andre. My biggest complaint, is the color scheme of his outfit and boots. He never wore yellow. It was always black. In wrestlemania 1, he wore black shorts. In wrestlemania 2, he wore a black onsie. Which the shirt he has on, says wrestlemania 2. So he should be wearing the classic black onsie. The figure is good material, designed well, the box includes 2 spare pair of hands for the figure, one pair as fists and other as opened palms. The hands are interchangeable but I do think depending on the child they are a bit difficult to pull sometimes, there is a little tug involved. A little bit fiddly. Overall a good solid figure from a well loved franchise.
