I am able to sleep all night and breathe better. During the winter months with the dry air I am constantly stuffy, since using this I can breath so much better and wake up feeling refreshed. It is easy to set-up and maintain. The first time you use it just take off the top tank, take out the filter and wet it with cold water and put it back in its spot, add water to the tank, close the tank, put the tank back on. Easy peasy. Just fill it up as it gets low and make sure you clean it and replace the filter as needed. I love that it can last up to 24 hours on one tank. I also love using the Vick&rsquo;s Pads they smell great and it really help with my breathing! It has three different settings, high for max moisture, medium for everyday moisture and low for night time sound sleep mode. I leave it on medium any time its on. My house ends up so dry and it makes my whole body itch and my nose dry out. I need a humidifier but I can't use the heated ones. Those make my feel gross. I can only use cool mist. I own an insane amount of cool mist humidifiers but this one just became my absolute favorite! Unlike every single other one I own, this one does not produce an actual mist. You won't see anything coming out of it but it is filling the air with moisture. I love this because I always had to watch where I placed my humidifier so the mist didn't go directly on anything, like a TV. The handle on the tank is so helpful. None of my others have that and it makes carrying the tank, while full of water, a breeze. The tank holds enough water to run this all night with no need to refill or worry about it running out. The 3 different settings make it perfect for different times of the day. The Max Moisture setting (high) is a little loud but honestly, nothing I couldn't sleep through. It just sounds like a fan running which is nice white noise to me. It might be best for daytime for some people. The middle setting is less loud, still noticeable, but not nearly as loud as the high setting. The sleep mode (low) is super quiet. I can't really hear much of anything. That one is perfect for anyone that doesn't care for noise while sleeping. I love the VapoPads. Instead of adding something directly to the water like I have to do with my other humidifiers, the Vapopad gets inserted into a small opening where it gets heated separately from main tank so nothing is contaminating the water. It is so nice to know that the UV light is killing mold, viruses and bacteria in the water so that isn't being blown back out into the air. Overall, I am beyond pleased with this humidifier. I have a sister that stays with me when she is on-call at her hospital. She has upper respiratory issues and this humidifier has been a saving grace for her. The vapor pads really help with congestion. The machine is quiet, so it doesn't interrupt sleep. It also utilities the vapopads, personally I like the lavender scented vapopads to use with this humidifier. It&rsquo;s amazing how this humidifier can even kill mold spores in the air as well as many other germs that travel through the air. I placed this humidifier in my living room as my family and I spend the most time in there and it is the biggest room in our home.
