My 14month old finds it very entertaining. He can be like his older sister who has a real dog, by walking and petting it. The tail doesn't move, though it seems it should as it songs a song about wagging said tail. The barking you'd think would be a clip of an actual dog, but it is just someone pretending to bark. He didn't mind though. He likes when he pets the dogs head it moves the ears and interacts in return.
