<span itemprop="description">Mon garçon a 3 1/2. Le premier a duré deux ans. Je me suis dit que j’allais acheté 1 un peu plus cher et voilà qu’1 1/2 ans après, l’unité parent ne fonctionne plus. La caméra arrête parfois de fonctionné mais en débranchant et rebranchant, ça semble faire un reset. Ce truc ne fonctionne pas avec l’unité parent. Mon fils est autiste et nous devons garder un oeil sur lui puisqu’il se lève la nuit… et hop un nouveau moniteur…!</span>

<span itemprop="description">We moved into a new home and decided to upgrade our monitor. The picture is pretty clear on the system but the volume always cuts in and out and when I talk to my kids through the parent handheld, half the time it does not activate and my kids dont hear me. They can also be talking away and unless I hot the volume button, I cannot hear them. I should have tested this when we bought it, Not kept it in the box until we moved as now it is too late to return.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Battery life is decent. Camera tilts and moves well, but the picture isn't great and sometimes it gets REALLY blurry and needs to be reset at the camera. It zooms in when you hit the sound button, which is really annoying. My fav feature is the sound sensor, so you get audio when a new noise occurs (it's nice not hearing the white noise all night). Good overall, but I do with the picture was better.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I was gifted this and after 6 months the monitor was cutting in and out as the night vision was turning itself on and off, despite our room being blackout. Vtech replaced it with no issues and the camera we received is a way better picture quality on night vision. However this one has a red dot on the front of the camera that emits a distracting light. When covered, it changes the picture quality. If you want your baby to sleep, you know blackout blinds and pitch black room is the only option. This camera also emits a green light (on the original and replacement unit) that is impossible to cover with tape. I don’t know why manufacturers do this!
Because of this, and because the first unit was faulty and the quality in picture is so drastic between the two, I have given it 3 stars.</span>

La vision nocturne bugue très souvent et du coup il arrive qu'on ne voit plus rien pendant un long moment (obligé à chaque fois d'éteindre et de rallumer le moniteur). Les caméra n'ont aucune autonomie, elles doivent rester brancher tout le temps, donc impossible de les déplacer comme on le voudrait. Je vais rendre le produit</span>

No, for that feature you want one of our WiFi model Baby Monitors. Those models have the RM at the start of their model #, denoting 'Remote Monitor'. RM5764 or RM5766 would be the closest match to the VM5262 in features and size.

This monitor is NOT a WiFi enabled monitor. This monitor works on a closed loop between the camera and the parent unit, at 2.4GHz using Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum (FHSS) technology.
