My 10 month old was fascinated with the box while his older brother and sister played with all the buttons and do-hickies for the first 30 minutes. After I took the box out of the room, my youngest gravitated to the new noises, and was solidly amused for the better part of the morning. When he woke up from nap, i showed him how to hold onto it, and suddenly he was doing straight lines across our living room. The problem, is that as soon as he hit a wall, he'd sit down and scream, unable to turn around. But, kind of a expected problem? The fact that that the whole panel lifts off for playtime (like in a car) is good, but we've only done that 2 or 3 times. The biggest draw back is that the 'clips' that allow you to fold the rear wheels in are extremely difficult to retract and collapse, which is a pretty big drawback as only one adult can do it, and that just complicates the dance of getting three kids in the car. Although this toy is marketed more towards kids who are still assisted walkers, it works just as well for older toddlers. It&rsquo;s a toy that can grow with your baby and be played with from an infant up to a toddler stage. The wheels can lock so when your little one is learning to stand it won&rsquo;t roll out from under them. It&rsquo;s a push walker that has a fun and very colorful activity center that can actually be removed from the walker and played with on the floor. It can be reattached and played with from the front of the walker. The walker is easy to push. It&rsquo;s a bit slippery on hardwood floors though. There&rsquo;s so many gadgets to play with. Lots of buttons and animals and it makes fun noises. VTech is so wonderful about putting out such interactive products and this is just another must have in our house!
