They love all the different accessories this comes with they can check temperature, heart rate, pretend to cut with the scissors, and use the tablet as if they were a real practitioner. Having a costume that is easy to put on and pull off for them is great. The bag the tools sit in is very thin and does not hold everything if you are wanting to store the costume and stethoscope in it as well. The doctor badge was made of flexible plastic so even if the kids were not very careful placing it on the costume or their shirt it has not ripped yet. The shot retracts and stethoscope spins but the rest of the tools are very plain and do not move or open. The tablet it comes with is pretty neat for the kids to tap on the symptoms and pretend to input their patient's reason of the visit. It helps prompt and expand their pretend play. There was a quiz mode button you could switch over to for older kids. The dr coat apron is adorable. And the tablet is a neat idea. The dr tools are ok. They&rsquo;re typical plastic toys, but they come with stickers you have to place yourself. Seems like a shortcut, I&rsquo;d rather have pieces that were printed on or have the stickers already in place. My little one loves pealing off stickers so I don&rsquo;t imagine these will stay in place long. The other weird thing is the functions of the tablet. My little one keeps running around saying her ear hurts, because that&rsquo;s what one of the buttons says. I wish instead of saying what was wrong, the buttons would tell the kid what tool to use to examine this body part. Educational and still fun buttons for them. All the little tools that come along with it are everything you need to play dr and take care of your patients. The only problem is though the stethoscope comes apart so much you spend a lot of time putting it back together since it comes apart so easy. Nothing fantastic and nothing seriously bad. The age range says 2-5, but I think the most value from this set is the little tablet where the language feels a little advanced for a 2 year old. My daughter does enjoy playing with it though. We're always checking her babies to see if they are sick. I just wish the pieces seemed a little more authentic to the real items - for instance, the stethoscope has a weird button you push that spins instead of just having a heart sound or even no function at all. Since the apron only velcros around the neck, it is not too confining for my 2 year old so he doesn't mind wearing it. The bag I feel should have a piece of Velcro in the center to help keep the toys inside but besides that is very cute. The computer part is a little too complex for my two year old, he just presses the buttons to see the lights. My five year old understands it a little more but still doesn't do too much with it.
