It turns out, she loves it - and my 3 year old also spent hours playing with it! The toy has a pretty fun concept, and my kids love watching the ball get dumped into the top and shoot back out. It's great for new walkers as well as children learning about colors, and is just a fun toy overall. The ball storage in the handle is a nice touch, as we typically tend to lose all the small balls that come with toys. While this is meant for ages 12-36 months, my 4 and 5 year olds enjoyed it, too! When you press the buttons, this bulldozer rotates between different songs and phrases that teach numbers, colors, and safety messages. It also has four balls that pop out of the bulldozer- into the digger shovel- and get thrown back into the bulldozer as you push it. (The truck's aim is not perfect, but pretty good, and most of the balls really do get back into truck instead of going all over.) It comes with four balls, but not all of them can be used at once, and they can be stored in the handle. One downside I found-- it counts only until 4. It has 4 buttons to press (numbered 1-4), and when it catches 4 balls, it starts again. It doesn't keep counting (even to 5). That's my one downside, but not a major one.
