Not only was it their favorite character but it's a watch with games. The games are learning games so it's a great way for them to learn a lot of basic beginner necessary skills. My only thing with the watch is I wish there was more buttons on the side or something to click through the watch. As its basically a black and white screen that to me at least is very confusing to get from game to another. I liked this product but my issue is the screen is black and white and has no backlight. Black and white is fine but without a backlight it's difficult to see. There are a few game options and it's really phone. The wrist strap has several cutouts to fit most children's wrists. The plastic does snap on and stays put. There is also an alarm though I'm not really sure why a young child would need that function. The watch face itself is pretty big -- almost too big for a little wrist. The band is nice and has lots of size options. The speaker is pretty loud though, and there is no way to use the watch without sound on. Additionally, the watch makes sounds anytime the cover is pressed, and since Chase's head is raised it's like every 2 seconds when my son wears it. It isn't the toy for us, since it's so noisy and cannot be turned down. She is six. Once I got the time set and we picked her watch face the only thing I could get into was the match game. I'm happy to say I made it to level one all by myself. For me though it was hard to hear and see the images. She didn't have a problem seeing but she said sometimes it was too low. Luckily if you do scan the qr code to get the better directions it tells you how to go into tools and fix everything. She also said if you wait it will say it again. So that is a good point to add. Sometimes patience pays off. The full directions will tell you. How to change games , what the left , right and ok button does for each game. These aren't just fun games, they are fun and educational. The little pups from paw patrol talk you through each game and congratulate you when you when. They are even encouraging when you lose. My granddaughter really loves it and it's helping her with math skills she's learning at school it has 6 different educational cames. She likes math and the match game. At ages 3.5 and 2.5 they mostly just enjoy pressing the buttons and hearing the noise. They don&rsquo;t really play with it properly but they still like having their own watch. The band doesn&rsquo;t stay on very well which is frustrating because they are constantly asking me to put it back on. It also looks heavy on their wrist but they don&rsquo;t complain about it so it must not bother them. They see my smart phone watch and wanted one of their own, so this was the simply compromise. The home screen is a picture of Chase and the time, so a great learning tool to read what time it is, and compare to other digital clocks around the house. You can switch the face to another pup if Chase isn't your thing. The watch also has a couple of games, which my six year old figured out how to play herself. There's also an alarm and stop watch. The band is nice, but can be a little challenging for little fingers to secure. The face of the watch is large for little wrists, but needs to be that way to have a sufficient screen size. Note...the watch comes in demo mode, which I didn't realize at first. To get out of demo mode hold the left, right, and ok button for five or so seconds and your ready to go. It was super simple to set up. I set the time for her in less than a minute and then she figured out how to use all the other features on her own. She loves the paw patrol themed games on it. She especially likes the one that helps her practice solving math problems the wrist band is very adjustable so it was easy to make it fit her wrist. She does struggle a little to get it on by herself but it&rsquo;s quick for me to help her put it on.
