It is packed-full of fun features and games, including cute animations of the characters and the ability to call and talk with them (seriously, kids think they are talking to the characters... and it is super cute). The games help with learning early math skills, matching etc.... and I have been surprised with how much kiddo has learned from this toy. As an adult, the sounds and such are not too annoying... even after long periods of play. This is a great toy to keep in the car. It is very helpful for entertaining during car rides and activities that are boring, and also spares the risk of handing expensive real phones over to destructive toddlers. This toy is very durable, and has been dropped several times (including on concrete) without any damage. There are a few games that promote things like math, matching and other skills which is great. It does have aot of educational aspects to it. Unfortunately, it was something my kiddo swiftly lost interest in. It plays several phrases from the show and movie, which she enjoyed. I feel as though it doesn't have enough interaction for her interest level. She's kind of advanced in her imagination department so this became boring to her within a few days. When we found out that there was a movie coming out this month we were so excited to take her to her first movie in a theater. Then we discovered the toys! There&rsquo;s a whole new lone of Paw Patrol the movie toys and my girl is so excited. This phone is really adorable. Ryder and the pups can be called and they give missions to play. The screen is very small, about 1 inch square and the pixels are very primitive. The counting cars and matching numbers games are straightforward, but definitely would have to explain to a 2 year old. This is supposed to be good for 2-5 years olds. Nice touch is it comes with batteries and ready to use out of the box.
