It is stable and works as expected. The device includes games as well. There is an option to add a memory card but the card is not included. It has the feature to create time lapse videos too. There is a mini green screen fabric, tripod, and internal storage to start taking photos right away. I like the way the camera element is on a hinge and pivots for selfie modes. The green screen modes/activity are super easy to execute and my daughter had tons of fun playing around with all the scenes. The only negative was the camera included some simple games, I wish those weren't there as I don't want her creative activities with this device to be distracted by these built-in games. The fact that you can load all of the pictures and videos on a computer is pretty cool you can upload them by either using the chord provided or by purchasing an SD card and just using that to transfer over to one. This Vtech Kidizoon Creator Cam is SO neat! There are many different options and opportunities you have with this camera. Options with this camera include: Video, Green Screen Studios, Photo (camera), Creativity Tools, Games, and settings. The video option allows you to record videos in 180p. The Green Screen Studio is the coolest option of this camera. The camera comes with a large green screen that can be hung. When using the Green Screen Studio, you get to choose from 22 different green screen backgrounds. Some of the backgrounds include a disco party, driving, space themed, flying, at the beach, being chased by a t-rex, and being at a haunted house. When you chose a background, and you aim the camera at the green screen, the background of the camera automatically changes to reflect the theme you've chosen. You are able to record or take a photo in this setting. The Camera allows you to capture photos, obviously. The creativity tool allows you to create an invisibility trick, edit videos, create magic videos (ie, floating objects, disappearing items) and also allows you to do a time lapse video. The games you are able to play include a cake master game (create cakes), a River Cat game (where you float a cat in a raft down river), and a Bee mission (to collect pollen). In addition to the above, you are able to adjust the settings of the camera. Settings include: brightness, memory, different camera resolution settings, date and time settings, language and parental controls. There is an option to save videos as favorites to your library as well. I would suggest buying an SD card to insert into the camera as the camera does not allow many videos to be stored at one time. The camera also comes with a tripod to attach the camera to. This tripod will allow the camera to be set on a surface for recording, or collapsed together to create a 5-6&quot; pole to hold onto while filming. Another thing that is not apparent, unless you are one to read directions. The instructions state the camera should be charged using only the USB that is provided with the camera, and that it should not be plugged into the wall, only charged by being plugged into a computer. Being plugged into the wall could ruin the camera. All in all, I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this camera for any child/ creator.
