If you have a little fisherman or fisherwoman than this is the toy for them. Just looking at the toy you can see it is made with quality products. I was surprised by how many hard falls the little sea friends can take. My 2 year old loves to throw them at the ground and they still work. My 4 year old has a blast going fishing. Her favorite place to play fishing is in her sandbox. She calls them her sand fish. The toy is great for imagination play, learning, and just having fun. It is great for the child to play by themselves, together, or make a family game out it. The toy has a rod, fish friends, and basket to help carry your fish. My kids love when they catch the sea friends because of how they wiggle around. The rod has a magnet at the end of the pole on the bobber that connects to the other magnet on the sea friends. The bobber lights up and corresponds with the other sea friends colors. We really love the songs with this toy. It usually ends with a dance party. The toy is a great teaching tool it teaches about the animals, colors, and numbers. The box says good for 2-5 years old amd I believe that is the correct age range.. All of the creatures are so cute especially the clam that opens and closes. It&rsquo;ll there are fabulous songs and sounds. My sons dance around to all of the music. When you catch an animal the fishing pole giggles just like a real pole! The kids love how realistic it seems. The reel does turn but doesn&rsquo;t wind up the string at all.
