This is an adorable, snuggly caterpillar toy that sing songs, lights up, and it has great crinkle fabric. It also has a little mirror on one of the attachments and ribbon on its tail. One of its feet even has a squeaker toy! I felt like I kept finding new sensory options all over it the more I explored. It&rsquo;s really got all the great sensory options for little kids. I think it&rsquo;s especially awesome for the 12 month and under crowd. My nearly 2-year-old daughter wasn&rsquo;t nearly as interested in it as her 10 month old cousin, who absolutely loved it. It&rsquo;s incredibly soft, and all of the pieces are well sewn on. It&rsquo;s not very heavy, so I think a very small child could hold it, but I would not leave it in the crib with a child for obvious reasons. The battery pack is also screwed in under a Velcro fabric opening so the batteries are well protected and safe.  This toy would be great for tummy time, early sensory exploration, and as a first snuggle buddy. I honestly didn&rsquo;t expect much from this toy I thought maybe it was be too advanced for my 5 month baby but this cute caterpillar was sooo soft and and my baby can easily push the buttons to activate the music and lights. It comes with a lot of different songs and sayings and I like that my baby can easily interact with it.
