Best Grow with me toy I have seen in a long time, sit, stand, walk, ride, or pull. I would say as soon as baby can sit up you can play with this train. The block chute is so fun I was playing and giggling along. So much learning fun, colors, numbers, letters, shapes, the train that has it all! I love, love it I definitely recommend this for any little person in your life, great for both boys, and girls. My son is almost 3. He plays with this train in all the stages. He likes when it is taken apart, he will play with all of the pieces by themselves, and then he will help put them back together on the train. He will push the train, he puts stuff under the seat and pulls it. And he loves to scoot ride it. It comes with blocks of the abc's with pictures that start with each letter on the block. It has music and interactive play as well. Usually my biggest gripe is unboxing toys and needing a toolbox to open them. Not this one at all!!! I had had it out in about 5 minutes. You do need to assemble and add stickers but that was just as easy. Took me about 15 total. It was so simple as when you have a kiddo ready to play you need to be quick! We have had so much fun with this amazing toy. It has some of the cutest features to help with learning and fine motor skills not to mention letter learning, colors and music! It comes apart easily to transition from a ride on to a pull toy. The talking dashboard comes off so you play with it on the go as well! The stacking building squares can be placed on the dashboard and it will tell you the letter and such. You can also build under the seat that raises up. The best part for my little one was dropping the letter bricks down the top hole and they fall out into the seat!! It&rsquo;s well designed and sturdy. Bright colors and lights up too!! By far this is the best model yet. Love the storage for the blocks and comes with many sounds and lights, even volume control for the parents. I have a 4 and 3 year old and there are enough pieces and things to do they can share this toy. My just turned 3 year old daughter loves to sit and drive the train around the hardwood floors too. Works well on carpet but she can coast on hardwood. My daughter has become absolutely obsessed with playing with this toy. She loves stacking the blocks, placing the blocks down the train shoot and riding the train around the house. The only downside to this train is that, even though the block hub reads the blocks in English, the blocks are all written in French. Even the letters correspond to French words. Also, the block slot can be a little touchy and will say the wrong word at first. I had to take it out and put it in again. This is very confusing for my daughter. Thankfully, she recognizes the words by picture and not by spelling. Overall, I would say that I love this product and I love how versatile it is. My daughter can either push the train around with the back compartment attached or I can press a button to separate the two. All the button, toys and design is way better and different from old version. As we can see they now has a learning panel that can be take it off from the train and bring it as a individual toy. The sounds and light function is also more interactive. It still can be convert to pull cart and train walker so you don't need to buy another walker!
