This is the only one that I could find with such amazing features like a microwave that acts like its running and then beeps when it is done, a stove that lights up and makes sounds, and an ice-machine that dispenses ice (which turned out to be my child's favorite feature). This did take a couple of hours for me to put together but I did the whole thing without my husband's help with an app that they suggested in the directions that helped show you how to build it. It was easy enough. The cabinets open and close really nicely and the whole kitchen just looks classy too in the playroom. Highly recommend, even for the higher price tag that it has compared to most kitchens. I did a TON of research on play kitchens prior to buying this and so happy I decided on this one! She hasn&rsquo;t seen it yet so this review is just based off putting it together. I did it myself in about 2.5hrs. The hardest part was getting all the pieces out of the box and sorting. It came VERY well packaged, no damage. There&rsquo;s a great app you can use that guides you step-by-step. Took me a quick minute to figure out how to use the app because it shows you with picture movements, no talking. But once I understood how to navigate I was on a roll. All 800 pieces (exaggeration) were labeled beautifully so it made it easy to follow. This kitchen is wood and is very sturdy. You need a screwdriver although I cheated with my power drill... just be careful not to drill too hard. It can probably crack the wood although I didn&rsquo;t. The end result is beautiful and looks better than my own kitchen. So many kids' toys are designed with bright colors that look a bit tacky in my opinion. The colors of this play kitchen look so nice and because of the design we are keeping it downstairs in our family room, right near our actual kitchen. (All things primary colors go upstairs in the playroom!) The faux marble countertop and backsplash make it look like a realistic, modern kitchen! My father-in-law put this together with my 3.5 year old &quot;helping&quot; in just over an hour. (He is very handy!) If my father-in-law had not been in town, it probably would have taken my husband and I closer to two hours to assemble. The directions were very clear and easy to follow. This kitchen is sturdy and well made. My boys (3.5 and 5 years old) absolutely love the ice maker. They have played with it nonstop. They think it is so fun to load the ice cubes and then fill a cup with ice. The lights, sounds, and working knobs make them feel like they are really cooking. They are delighted by the sounds of the microwave. The countertop area is a bit small, but we have a coffee table nearby so they have used this while playing. Note: This kitchen does not come with pots, pants, or play food. We've been using real items from our pantry, and my boys love using toys and random things from around the house to make believe. Their imaginations and creativity amaze me when they interact and play together in the kitchen. It was packed tight with plenty of foam support. Each section was packaged separately and labeled clearly. Some items were still damaged in the box, but it doesn't lose the effect of the total product. It took less than two hours to assemble on my own from getting it into the door and stocking it with play food. Directions were simple, everything was labeled and minimal tools were required. Everything fit together perfectly! I was very impressed with the ease in which this kitchen came together without having to compromise the product itself. My son woke up from nap and was very excited to see the kitchen. He has played with it non stop. He loves the lights and sounds. This kitchen is perfect for about 2+ years.
