The colors are very vibrant and the packaging was great. We loved that the pterodactyl came in a cage. The pterodactyl is made of thick material which is great. The pterodactyl even had pieces to make the bird have armor. My grandson loved dissecting the pterodactyl to find the keys to open the treasure box. The slime was great and did not stick to anything so it was easy to clean up. My 6 year old loves Treasure X toys, unlike other toys these ones keep him entertained for a while, he loves going through the levels. However with the Pterodactyl he was super excited to get his hands on it as he is a massive dinosaur fan! The slime that is inside I'd great fun for kids that love getting sticky! My only criticism is once you have done all the levels that's it, you can't put it back together and do it again (if you can then I have no idea how), so the toy then ends up at the bottom of thr toy box but the fun kids can have when first opening it is great. The colorful dino is packaged in a plastic cage that he first needs to be freed from. Then, with the included axe, you'll need to free the exclusive hunter from the belly of the beast by dissecting the dinos' abdomen. But be warned, the hunter will be covered in slim once you free him from the plastic bag found inside!I inside the gooey contents you'll find the torso, head, and legs of the hunter along with a tiny key for the treasure chest. Once you assemble the hunter, you can place the saddle on the pterodactyls' back and place the hunter on top. The second key to the treasure chest can be found inside the dinos' mouth! Once you have both keys you are now ready to unlock the coveted treasure chest! Inside you'll find a dinosaur egg that you'll need to crack with your hands / between your fingers to reveal either a rare golden treasure or purple decoy. It is a very strange looking toy, almost so much that a kid might be unwilling to play with it. I'm sure there are some that would think it's cool. It comes in some sort of a cage like container. At first it's hard to even tell what it is because there's just so much going on. It has a lot of ornate designs to the point that you can't even really tell that it's a dinosaur. If you have a kid that's into that then by all means this is for you. My son loved finding all the hidden treasure in the gooey slime but then he continued to play with dinosaur and everything it included for days on end! The fun certainly doesn't stop once the treasure hunt is completed as I assumed it would because so many cool things are included. He loved all the small details such as the mini keys to open the little treasure box, the fun dinosaur in the cage and the figurine, and countless little treasures. So much stuff was included that it kept his attention and offered lots of opportunity for imaginative play.
