We haven&rsquo;t watched Thomas in a few years but it still holds interest. She was excited when it was delivered and we immediately went to building it. She was playing with it before I could finish and when it was done we couldn&rsquo;t believe how big it actually was. When my 10 years old heard when fun she was having he joined her and they played for a long time and again after dinner. They play with it everyday. I love it when something besides a screen holds their attention. The Trains &amp; Cranes Super Tower is a great all-in-one product, even though it is able to connect to other Thomas sets. Our son can't wait to play with it everyday and the best part is that we don't hear &quot;mom, I need help with...&quot; The handle to control the crane movement is perfect for kids and very easy to control. The battery-powered engine allows for easy play, but our son loves the Percy non-powered engine too because it FLIES down the track. Assembly was easy enough. The pieces are shaped in a way that force you to build the tower the correct way (you can't switch the red tower pieces). You do need a screwdriver, but in our opinion, that just adds to the durability. We've picked it up and moved it to Grandma's house, and nothing fell off or became disconnected.
