<span itemprop="description">My son has been getting into trains lately, and as someone who grew up on Thomas I've been just as excited as he has been whenever we get a new set. And this one right here blew both of our minds. I'll try to break down our experience with it thus far.
Assembly: directions were easy to follow, everything fit together nicely as well. Tiny, and I do mean tiny gripe is that I didn't think the instruction on where to put the stickers was clear for some of the odd ones, but oh well, I'll squeeze around everything and put them on later.
Ease of use: as the title said my son is 2 and a half, but all the stops and levers and even the main crane are easy enough to operate for him to handle.
Contents: ok, this thing isn't a "put it together while the kids want it together then rebuild later" sort of deal. I honestly believe this thing could withstand a nuclear blast, and may well outlast humanity in terms of durability. It's closer to a piece of furniture in how large and sturdy it is. This isnt a complaint, just a statement of fact. We love big toys, so this is amazing.
Moving forward: Not only is it large and in charge, it also has a good variety of ways to hook into other playsets or to build off of it. This is going to be THE hub for everything we do from now on.
10/10 I'm thankful that there's a toy this awesome out there, and I'm jealous of my kid since I didn't have this when I was his age.</span>

I bought this for my 4 year old son but all of my kids love it. It's large and easy for multiple kids to play with at once. It was easy and fun to put together. The instructions were excellent. They were clear and easy to follow. My 9 year old daughter was able to help me put everything together and we got it done in about 15 minutes. The trains go along the tracks nicely and don't get stuck at any point. This train set is very sturdy and durable and has lasted a long time.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Bought this for my 4 year old for Christmas. We love it, but for the we price paid I feel it should function as advertised. When moving the bridge back and forth with the handle, it doesn't line up properly and gets stuck so we have to grab the bridge and push it higher and snap it in by hand. It's difficult for my 4 year old to do so literally every time a train crosses the bridge I have to help her so it will properly connect. She gets so frustrated that it's not working and she can't do it on her own that she doesn't care to play with it anymore. I have been a long-time fan of fisher -price's products but I'm sad to say I'm very disappointed in the quality considering how much we paid for this.</span>

I thought I was buying a complete toy, and at the high price point, that’s what I should have received. Nowhere does it say that additional Thomas and Friends train track is needed…it’s mentioned as optional, which is not accurate. So buyers be aware that this toy is just a pricey, glorified extension for other Thomas and Friends train track sets. That being said it’s very entertaining and both my 4 and 2 year old love it, but I will need to spend additional $$$ on another track set so that all of the exciting features like the turntable can actually be used on this tower. So while I would recommend this product, I’d do so with a caveat.</span>

We ran into a slight hiccup when a part was missing from the box, but after contacting Fisher-Price/Mattel, they sent a replacement and we were able to finish constructing the set. I think this toy holds the record for the longest any toy has ever held their attention. It is fairly tall and has plenty of trains and parts to keep them entertained and busy and they love it! There's not a day that goes by that they aren't playing with it. They have a lot of Thomas & Friends Train sets and this one is their favorite to date. It's very large but extremely durable. This set holds their attention for hours. They enjoy racing the trains that came with it; as well as, others in their collection. All our boys trains run very smoothly on this set without falling off the tracks. We were very impressed with how well this set is built. There's plenty of room for more than one child to play with this set at the same time. Our boys love the spinning turn table, and each of the three cranes actions. We've been raving about this set and will continue to recommend purchasing it to our friends and family.</span>

It is a great break from screens and I like that he can use both battery and non-battery trains. He has also added his hot wheels toys to the fun. There are a lot of play possibilities with this tower.
The only issue we had was that the hospital platform did not fit flush against part of the tower like it is supposed to. The part didn't fit correctly because the other part that it was designed to fit with was not properly made. Fortunately, this did not affect my son's ability to enjoy playing with the tower.</span>

I did have trouble with step 15. The pieces did not want to line up right and we had to use a rubber mallet to get it into place. The motorized train did not work properly. When flipping the switch to turn it on the train started moving but stopped before the switch was all the way over. We did have other motorized trains from the Thomas master track sets. We were pleased that they worked with this set. My son really enjoyed the process of moving the trains with the crane and placing the boxes into the cargo cars. My son asked to play with this set every day for a week straight. I enjoyed that it is self contained and still completely functional but can be expanded with Master Track track pieces. A favorite activity of my son was to allow the non motorized trains to roll down the criss crossing tracks. Overall i would purchase this item as this is the first time i have had trouble building the set or with the motorized train not working correctly.</span>

My son has been playing with it constantly since we put it together 2 days ago. Age says 3+ and he is 5 and super interested in it. His favorite feature seems to be the cranes and the Thomas figures.</span>

<span itemprop="description">[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My boys have been playing with the Thomas Trains and Cranes Super Tower nonstop since it was brought into our home. There are so many options to play with! Both boys can play with this tower at the same time without getting in each other’s way. There are some really awesome features like Cranky’s twirling bridge. The two side cranes can drop items down shoots. The trains go down the tracks smoothly. We were able to easily attach out extra track master train tracks to this set. Tidmouth Sheds at the bottom of the twist is another key feature. This absolutely sparked the imagination of both of my boys ages 6 and 8. They re-enacted Thomas stories with their trains. I am thrilled with the quality of play my boys are engaged in with this tower. Absolutely a win!!</span>

It has kept them busy since it came it the mail lol. The train runs very smooth on the tracks and around corners, even on low carpet. The only semi bad thing is that one side of the tower did not sit flush like its opposite side so i couldn't screw that one part. This did not interrupt game play.</span>

<span itemprop="description">[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids have been huge Thomas & Friends fans for years and this Trains & Cranes Super Tower didn't disappoint! BIG enough in size (about 2 1/2 feet tall!) to really wow, yet it doesn't take up too much floor space either. I loved how the design allows for multiple children to play and enjoy at the same time.
Brightly colored, this toy is eye-catching and fun. Assembly took about 20-25 minutes for my husband but the kids have been playing with the trains and Super Tower daily ever since!
The included motorized Thomas Engine really keeps the kids engaged, especially with getting to control the crane, handles, and switches to help the train decide where to go. They also enjoy playing with their non-motorized trains on this super tower which doubles the playability.
Overall, really great design and well thought out product!</span>

I was happily surprised how interactive this was. Almost 3’ by 3’ it was larger than I expected also. My 4 ur old daughter & 5 year son had so much fun playing with this. It had so many different things to interact with that they never argued “it’s my turn”. Solid construction means no broken parts. The engine car is battery operated and rides along the track that goes thru different parts that have to be helped along with simple easy to maneuver parts. Absolute love this toy.</span>
