My daughter loved playing with it. The bridge pieces don&rsquo;t seem to snap in securely and easily fall off. They had to be the best set of the bunch . The kids love that it has so many different types of tracks, the long bridge is the clear winner in this set. The bridge is super cute and fun and the set comes with a track splitter to connect with other tracks. The engine is a nice sturdy metal. However, I am a little concerned that the plastic connections for the tracks may break over time (see photo). All pieces are durable plastic and the pieces that lead up and down the bridge are a lime green color. The reason I got it was because my 3 1/2 year old grandson ALWAYS tries to build a bridge out of Legos or blocks when he plays with all of his trains. When he first saw the box, he exclaimed, &ldquo;Oooooh! It has a bridge! And, &ldquo;it has so many piece!&rdquo; He enjoys moving the trains around the track, especially the bridge and the piece of track that is bumpy. He even ran his motorized Thomas the train and LOVED it! This is one of the first things he plays with when he comes over. The box measures 9&rdquo; x 14&rdquo; x 2 1/2&rdquo;. It states that it is compatible with a certain type of track (which we have plenty of) and after first building this track set, we did connect it to other sets/tracks that were similar. The only thing that I would improve on is including more track. If this was the only set he had, it would be boring to me to just push the train around in a small oval. I realize that it can be attached to other track (which we did have) but with just the pieces in this set, I find it boring. I did like the fact that the tracks fit together easily. He liked this one pretty well, especially since it&rsquo;s Thomas. He says the best part of the track is the bump/hill, though as this is the most unique piece in the set. It&rsquo;s just an oval, so alone it&rsquo;s not the most interesting, but he has other tracks to connect to it so in that way, it&rsquo;s great. Our only complaint is that it doesn&rsquo;t have any of the connector pieces to connect it to wooden tracks. We got a few of those with other sets and they increase the play value exponentially. Firstly I love quality of the train set is exceptional. The tracks are sturdy and easy to assemble, ensuring that they stay in place during playtime. Wooden bridge look perfect addition to this set. My girl plays with this set for hours and connect this tracks with other Thomas train tracks. Sometime she moves this set to other rooms and plays there because of it&rsquo;s size and easily movable.It further enhances the play experience. It's been a joy to witness my child's imagination and how she enjoy and play with it. It's wonderful to see them engage in imaginative storytelling while simultaneously developing crucial cognitive abilities. My 5-year-old son spent hours playing and as the train is a push along one he had a lot of fun guiding Thomas through the different circuits, manually changing tracks and adding the load on the wagon. The only remark he made to me was that he would have liked to see Thomas with a cheerful expression. According to his words, &quot;he seemed sad or bored.&quot; As an adult I must confess that the drawing on the box confused me a little. At first I thought that the bridge was made of real wood, but when I opened the box I realized that the bridge looks like wood but is made of plastic (the look is very well done by the way). The track comes very well packaged, the quality is excellent, it is super simple to assemble, the instructions are very precise and we really appreciate that they bring printed reference letters, (at home it gave us the opportunity to practice the ABCs with my son while we were putting together the track). The tracks are compatible with other sets, so children can build different configurations by adding other sets from the collection and make the game even more fun. Took a little over 10 minutes to put it together because some of the pieces didn&rsquo;t go in easy but after I figured it out it went smoothly. I set it up on carpet which didn&rsquo;t seem to make a difference at all.
