Directions were not very clear and ended up leaving side railing off because we had already assembled and reassembled twice due to order things have to be done. On a positive, their customer service is amazing and very responsive. We were missing bolts and 2 of the wooden dowels were broken so had to contact them twice. They shipped us what we needed right away with no extra cost.</span>
